Uwi Collective Agreement
Augustine officially the collective agreement with the Oilfields Workers` Trade Union (OWTU) for the period from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2010. The Head of Department/Dean is responsible for establishing a list of candidates from among the candidates received by the SAR/HR. No one who has given a testimony to an interviewee will be included in the interviewer panel. The body normally decides, on the basis of consensus, which candidates it wishes to recommend to the Nominating Committee (ATSS). If the panel concludes that two candidates have equal or almost identical merits, the candidate should be favored with a longer indefinite train. All applications for positions subject to a call for tenders must be submitted to the SAR/HR through the Chief/Dean of Personnel and must contain a certificate of qualification and identification as well as recommendations.
